Available at Fire Station 17 (6900 Eureka Road) and Station 19 (7070 Auburn Folsom Road). For residents of Granite Bay and Loomis only. Bring a shovel. You will need to fill the bags yourself.
Sand and bags are also available at the Loomis Corporation Yard (corner of Rippey Road and Mandarin Court), for residents of the Town of Loomis.
